Booking Process
To book a Fixed Departure / Scheduled trek or a Customised / Private trek, pay 25% of the Trek / Tour Fee as the initial Booking Amount. You can pay by Net Banking, Demand Draft, or Credit / Debit / AMEX cards.
- Your 25% deposit reserves your place on the scheduled date
- Accepted payment modes: Net Banking, DD, Credit / Debit / AMEX
- Remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the trek start date

Non-Refundable Booking Amount
The 25% Booking Amount is non-refundable at any stage of the cancellation process, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
This 25% deposit is forfeited in all cancellation scenarios. Please ensure you are committed before paying the booking amount.

Postponement & Date Shifting
If you are unable to make it due to unavoidable reasons, we offer a flexible option to shift to another trek within the next one year from the original start date.
- You must inform us a minimum of 15 days before the trek start date (earlier notice is always preferred)
- You may shift to another group of the same trek in the same season or within the next one year
- Shifting to a different route is also permitted subject to our approval
- All shift / change requests must be made in writing via your registered email address
The one-year window is counted from the starting date of the trek / tour originally booked.

Cancellation: 14 to 8 Days Before Start Date
If you cancel or postpone your trek between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled start date, the following charges apply:
Booking Amount (25%) is non-refundable
No requests for date shifting will be accepted
50% of the total amount charged as cancellation fee
Remaining 50% refunded to you
Alternatively, you may still choose to shift to another group within the next year — in this case the 25% booking amount is treated as a cancellation charge and the remaining balance is transferred to the new booking.

Cancellation: 7 Days or Less Before Start Date
If you cancel your trek 7 days (one week) or less before the scheduled start date, there will be no refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

Force Majeure & Operator-Initiated Cancellations
In the event of any unforeseen circumstance — including but not limited to natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, or forest fires, or any political unrest — that compels us to cancel a trek or tour, you will be entitled to redeem the full amount paid towards the same or a similar trek within the next one year.
This credit is valid for one year from the original trek start date and can be applied to any trek or tour of equivalent or lesser value.
