BHRIGU LAKE: This Lake is situated at an altitude of 4500 meters. Bhrigu Lake is a holly lake which was supposed to be created by the great guru of Indian Mythology Maha Rishi Vashashit, who was also the teacher of Lord Ram. A village is named after the Guru too, and this village has a temple for the Guru and also a Ram Temple, and Shiva Temple. The most attracting fact about this village is that there are natural sulfur springs, which are considered holly and many people visit them. The lake is on top of a mountain and excess to this lake is only by trek, being on a higher altitude the place is covered with snow in the winters and the lake has water all round the year.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Manali – 14 Turns – Reuli khol (10 km gradual walk- Time 5 hours)
Depart to Chaudda Morh (14th Turn) on the Rohtang Manali High way. Start the trek towards Reuli Khol situated on the base of Bhrigu Dome peak Reuli Keli is also famous for its skiing slopes, and being on the north face of the mountains, snow and ice is accumulated in a huge quantity and gradually melts down in the monsoons. The trek starts through the pine forests leading us towards the grazing meadows of Reuli Khol. You have and magnificent of the Pir Panjal Range, and the most challenging peak Hanuman Tibba (5800 mtrs). Today we camp at Reuli Keli. Dinner and overnight at the camp site.

Day 2: Reuli khol – Brighu Lake – Reuli Khol (12 km uphill / gradual – Time 6 - 8 hours)
After early breakfast, start the trek towards Bhrigu Lake, the trek starts gradually, and gets steep as you climb over the mountain ridge, with an amazing view looking over the Manali valley. Lunch packed, arrive at Bhrigu Lake, take a walk around the lake, enjoy the panoramic view of the Himalayas, looking over Manali & Hamta Valley later return to base camp.  Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Reuli khol – 14 turns - Manali (22 km all downhill and gradual – time 8 hours)
After early breakfast depart for 14 turns, lunch packed, arrive at the road head, and take cabs to Manali, arrive Manali & end your Trek at Manali.
